With more than eight years of experience serving youth and families, I’ve dedicated my career to helping young people recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and step confidently into their future.

I created I AM N.I.T.A. because I saw too many young women navigating life’s challenges without the support, encouragement, and guidance they deserved. My vision was simple: create a community where every young woman knows she is capable, valued, and never alone.

My mission is to be a vessel that empowers the growth of young women by creating spaces where they feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
