I'm Lynda — MSW, former school social worker of 8 years, founder.
I created I AM N.I.T.A — Not In This Alone — because there was a time I felt unworthy, and it broke me down. I wanted a space for girls like me: understood without judgment, uplifted by women who'd been there.
My vision is simple: give the next generation of girls access to the opportunities, resources, and support I once lacked — so they never have to do it alone.
